Asking Price = $330,000 or 4 Payments of $82,500 each over 2 yrs The owner is willing to negotiate.      In addition to the purchase price there are two major construction needs. The first is the need to build a 10ft high wall on one side of the property. It is currently being protected by a row of trees as can be seen in the picture of the basketball / soccer court. The second need is in the construction of a new kitchen. Escuela Integrada will also have to divide current assets and equipment between two (2) locations. We will need to purchase some new equipment in order to move in and to be able to start classes.
This year 2007 Escuela Integrada has had to conduct one of our second grade classes only in the afternoons, we have lost our library and have minimal storage space as we are using every possible space for classrooms. We need to expand our facilities to be better able to meet the educational needs of our student population and we would like to move the grade school into the facilities seen below in San Felipe de Jesus, a 10 minute drive from our current location in Antigua. This would allow us to separate the grade school from the middle school. It will also give us the necessary space to expand and further enrich the education given in both schools by allowing us to have room to dedicate space to a computer lab, a typing lab, an art room and restore our library. We would not leave out current facilities; instead we would devote them to housing our main offices and the middle school. This would give us the necessary space to add vocational training to our middle school program. It would also help us address behavioral problems as the classrooms would be much larger. We would also be able to narrow the age range in each building. Our current student population ranges in age from 6 years old to 20 years old.
